SMOTASS "Successful Methodical Online Traders Accessing Speculative Sites"

SMOTASS is essentially a directory that is specifically built for futures traders. It is a futures trading directory. There are several directories on the web that claim to be "futures directories" or "futures trading directories". This particular directory is quite different from all those commercial directories that are out there.

Although I only ever use Barchart.com and the CMEGroup website for charting, besides my online trading platform, SMOTASS contains about three dozen links to websites that you can use for various types of charting applications.

This website has, quite literally, hundreds of categorized links to websites that have something to do with futures and futures trading. If there is a website or service on the Internet that is about futures or futures trading and it is worthwhile, then chances are it is in this directory.

They also have a section entitled bookmarks, that has a a few hundred links categorized in a different way than the afore mentioned list. The bookmarks section has all the links listed on one single page, so you can easily use the ctrl+F command to search. I'm not entirely sure if the links on this page are entirely the same as the links in the directory, or if there are additional ones. There's just too many resources here to keep track of them all.

Essentially, if you're looking for information about futures or futures trading and you are having difficulty finding what you are looking for using search engines, then you should try the S.M.O.T.A.S.S. directory. You may be able to find what you are looking for here.

Also, this website is built and maintained by an individual with an interest in futures. That distinguishes it from other directories that operate purely for commercial reasons. In my opinion, that makes this website a more valuable resource to the futures trading community. Other directories that are purely commercial tend to get filled up with too much crap from people looking for backlinks. Check this website out, if you haven't already done so.
